ESP (EPISCOPAL SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP)

The Episcopal School Partnership (ESP) is the parent organization associated with Trinity Episcopal School.   The purpose of ESP is to work with the Board of Trustees and the administration of Trinity Episcopal School to accomplish the long range goals for the benefit of the school.  ESP also provides support for the faculty and staff in the fulfillment of their duties.  ESP is able to meet its mission with the help of parent volunteers and various fundraising efforts, integrating a social atmosphere promoting school and family growth. 

ESP had a successful 2008-2009 year, raising over $59,000.00, and is planning to have another successful 2009-2010 year with your help. Why all the fundraising efforts?  Because the funds we raise provide Trinity School extra money to:

       *Make improvements to the school.

       *Provide each teacher with $250 at the beginning of the school year to purchase     additional educational classroom materials.

       *Purchase classroom textbooks so our parents do not have to buy them.

       *Purchase special teacher requests throughout the year.

       *Pay for playground upkeep.

       *Extra money raised in 2008-2009, will be used for facility improvements.

       *Pay for the Accelerated Reader program upgrades and upkeep.

Our major fundraisers have been:

       Sally Foster Wrapping Paper which raised $8887.00 last year

       Carnival which raised over $5932.00 last year

       Chili Supper which raised $13865.00 last year

       Trinity Golf Tournament which raised $25,652.00 last year

Listed below you will find our ESP Board Members, Committee Chairs and dates of our activities.  We welcome parents to volunteer on any of these committees.  We are grateful to the parents who do allow their children to participate in our fundraising efforts but this is never a requirement for our families.  If you are interested in helping or have any question regarding ESP, please contact Heather Stone, ESP President.
